Renal Ventures – Beaumont Dialysis Clinic

Extensive renovation and re-purposing of a 9,000 sqft existing shuttered building into a new fully functional dialysis clinic. Marathon took an existing abandoned and neglected medical office building and performed extensive site, structure, and interior demolitions. The building was gutted and transformed into a large operational dialysis clinic in record time, with a combination of staff, supplier, subcontracted resources from both the local DFW market and the Texas Gulf Coast and Houston area markets. Marathon is able to mobilize and effectively deliver projects anywhere our clients require.
