Metrocrest Presbyterian Church

Marathon was selected from a hard-bid selection process to serve the church. This project was the first of many projects for GSBS Batenhorst Architects, as well as the first of several Presbyterian church projects in the DFW Metroplex. Marathon built a conventional structural steel and masonry free standing 10,000 sqft education building, attached to the existing main building on the MPC campus. New education building included multi-purpose media space as well as exterior improvements including a new large porta cochere entry for the main building and site landscaping. Worship, school, and administrative activities at the church were continually in use and unaffected by careful construction activities.
