Extensive renovation and re-purposing of an existing 12,000 sqft shuttered building into a new fully functional dialysis clinic. Marathon took an defunct high-end outdoor superstore building and performed extensive site, structure, and interior demolitions. The building was gutted and transformed into a large operational dialysis clinic in record time.
