Benihana Japanese Restaurant

Large restaurant demolition and reconstruction. Structure was segregated into three separate areas, then demolished and reconstructed one phase at a time without closure of the restaurant or interference with food service operations. Marathon worked throughout the project to significantly mitigate any negative effects that construction may have on the on-going operations of the restaurant, and in fact was proud to learn that restaurant sales steadily increased during construction. This is a common phenomenon when customers or clients see activity applied in a seamless and clean fashion since growth is attractive when clutter is absent.
